1. Overview
At Velnix Soft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide live interactive product demonstrations and technical consultations prior to onboarding so organizations can thoroughly evaluate our solutions before making financial commitments.
2. Custom Website & Portal Development Projects
For custom website development and bespoke portal implementations:
- Milestone-Based Billing: Project payments are typically structured across defined milestones (e.g. Discovery & Wireframing, UI Design Approval, Development & Testing, Final Go-Live).
- Pre-Development Cancellation: If a project is cancelled prior to the commencement of design and development work, any advance paid minus reasonable administrative costs (not exceeding 10%) will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
- Work Completed: Once custom UI design or code development has commenced and been approved across initial milestones, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
3. Cloud SaaS Subscriptions & Software Licenses
For annual cloud software subscriptions and hosting maintenance packages:
- 14-Day Evaluation Window: If you experience technical defects that our support team is unable to resolve within 14 days of activation, you are entitled to a full refund of the software license fee.
- Annual Renewals: Renewal cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the billing renewal date.
4. Third-Party Fees
Fees paid to third-party domain registrars, payment gateway setup charges, SMS/WhatsApp gateway credit packs, or SSL certificate authorities are governed by their respective vendor policies and are non-refundable.
