1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Velnix Soft website or entering into an agreement for our NGO Website Development, NGO Management Software, or related digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Nature of Services & Clarification on Legal/Tax Approvals

Velnix Soft provides technology software, digital infrastructure, and website development services. We do not provide legal incorporation, statutory audit certification, or government tax exemption approvals. Specifically:

• Our 80G Donation Receipt Software automates the generation and dispatch of 80G tax receipts and Form 10BD records based on the organization's existing registered 80G approval number. It does not confer legal 80G status to unregistered entities.
• Our Expense Management Software provides digital voucher tracking and ledger tools to assist in audit preparation, but does not substitute for a qualified Chartered Accountant's statutory audit sign-off.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software code, UI designs, algorithms, and documentation developed by Velnix Soft remain the intellectual property of Velnix Soft unless explicitly transferred via a bespoke custom development agreement. Clients retain 100% ownership of their organizational content, donor databases, logos, and member data.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client organizations agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of administrator account credentials, and ensure that all content published on their website complies with applicable Indian laws and regulatory norms.

5. Service Availability & Support

Velnix Soft strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted applications and provides ongoing technical maintenance and security updates as defined in the client's respective Service Level Agreement (SLA).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaunpur / Uttar Pradesh, India.
